“Everything in the universe has a rhythm, everything dances.” - Maya Angelou
About Me
My name is Alva Fiddler and I am from the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota. I now make my home in Oneida Wisconsin with my family. I grew up traveling to different pow-wows across the USA and Canada. I enjoy the way of life because we get to have a connection to our ancesry through song and dance. The past few years I was working on my education and received my bachelors of Science in computer technology in 2022. As for my photography path, I decided to buy a camera around 2019, to take pictures of my sons high school years. This led to other parents asking to take pictures of their children sports activity and senior pictures. Which led to family, headshots, sports and maturity bookings. This lit the fire and my hobby turned into a passion. I love to take photos of a moment that can last for generations.
